This Anti-Fraud Policy outlines seemdistro's commitment to preventing fraud, copyright infringement, and other illegal activities on our platform. We take these matters seriously and have implemented various measures to protect our platform, our users, and copyright holders.

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading content that: (1) infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights; (2) contains unauthorized samples or portions of other artists' work; (3) is identical or substantially similar to content already available on streaming platforms; (4) contains artificial streaming or engagement metrics; (5) violates any applicable laws or regulations.

seemdistro employs various methods to verify the authenticity and ownership of content submitted for distribution. This may include automated content recognition systems, manual review processes, and verification of user identity. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to verify ownership or rights to distribute content.

If we determine that a user has engaged in fraudulent activity, we may take one or more of the following actions: (1) immediate removal of content from all platforms; (2) permanent suspension of the user's account; (3) withholding of royalties; (4) reporting to relevant authorities; (5) legal action to recover damages.

We monitor for unusual streaming patterns that may indicate artificial streaming, including but not limited to: multiple accounts streaming the same content repeatedly, bot-generated streams, or paid streaming services. Any royalties suspected to be generated through artificial means will be withheld pending investigation.

If you believe that content distributed through our platform infringes on your rights, please contact our copyright team immediately at copyright@seemdistro.com with details of the infringement. We will investigate all legitimate claims promptly.

seemdistro fully cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspected fraud, copyright infringement, or other illegal activities conducted through our platform.

We may update this Anti-Fraud Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be effective as of the date stated at the top of this policy.
